Remote and Partially Remote Depositions

With the uncertainty surrounding Covid-19, we understand your need for flexibility in the way your video depositions are conducted. At Image Resources, not only do we continue to offer traditional in-person depositions (with proper social distancing), but we also offer both remote and partially remote video depositions.

Remote Depositions: 

For a remote video deposition, all participants are at their own location and connect remotely through a videoconferencing platform like Zoom.

• The witness, the court reporter, the defense attorney(s), the plaintiff attorney and the videographer all attend the deposition remotely
• We will take care of everything including scheduling a court reporter (if needed) for the remote deposition, doing practice runs for everyone attending the remote deposition, set up, exhibit handling and technical support
• The end product is a clean professional video for you to effectively present at trial
• It is the most cost-effective option

Partially Remote Depositions: A partially remote video deposition offers substantial quality enhancements, including high definition video of the witness, professional lighting and broadcast quality audio. The witness and the videographer are in the same room for the partially remote deposition Everyone else attends the deposition remotely including the court reporter, defense attorney(s) and plaintiff attorney The videographer records the deposition with a hi-definition video camera and coordinates participants who are attending the deposition remotely The videographer handles all exhibits and provides technical support for the conference platform where the partially remote deposition is scheduled You end up with a higher quality trial-ready video to present to your jury
