Two weeks ago, Dave and Tiana from the Image Resources team headed to Virginia to work on a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) case for a new client. The project had a compressed production schedule and required seven interviews and a Day In The Life to be shot over two days for Koonz, McKenney, Johnson & DePaolis, LLP.

Liability is straightforward: While driving at night, the plaintiff had hit an open, unmarked manhole with her car, then careened into a truck at the side of the road.  Damages are a TBI and tibial plateau fracture.

Dave and Tiana started the day by heading to Falls Church, Virginia and grabbed a quick lunch at Cafe Kindred, a quaint little cafe that served up some delicious food.

Wednesday was a long day of shooting, and afterwards the team snuck off to Washington DC for some late-night sightseeing.

The team got to see the White House, the Washington Monument, Capitol Hill, and the Lincoln Memorial.

They stopped for dinner at the oldest saloon in Washington, Old Ebbitt Grill, which was founded in 1856.

The restaurant is best known for their Oysters, and the Oyster Riot which is held every year.

Washington D.C. was one for the books, and the people the team met along the way were very friendly and were very accommodating. It was a fun experience overall and we are excited to see where the wind takes us next.
